Hayes resident named to James Madison University president's list
David Tillage of Hayes was named to the president's list for the spring 2012 semester at James Madison University in Harrisonburg.
Tillage completed at least 12 credit hours and had at least a 3.9 grade-point average to be eligible for the list.
